A non-profit community hospital was experiencing substantial turnover across many of their positions. They turned to PsyMetrics for help.

PsyMetrics worked closely with hospital management to identify reasons for the turnover and determined that part of the problem was a lack of skills and behavioral testing to identify top talent. Through an extensive job analysis process a test battery including job-relevant PsyMetrics’ scales was created. This test battery was included in the hospital’s selection process going forward.
